As part of An Obsession with Flowers, Chef Heriberto and Renata Rodriguez, LagoAlgo’s pastry chef, invite us to bring the garden to the table through a cookie-decorating workshop.
During the session, we will explore floral printing and icing techniques inspired by the shapes, colors, and textures of the flowers featured in the exhibition. Starting with a cookie base, each participant will experiment with different icing consistencies and pastry tools to create their own edible composition.
