In Pulsa’s Creative Body sessions at LagoAlgo, we explore free movement with intention and presence, tuning in to everything that begins to awaken within us. We listen attentively.
Each session explores a different theme with specific intentions, making every experience unique while complementing the others.
Through movement, we expand our physical range, connect with ourselves and open up to new possibilities: to be, transform, regulate, feel and express. These possibilities extend beyond each session, becoming resources for everyday life.
Embracing our creative body allows us to move beyond rigid forms of expression. Creativity is a force, an energy that lives within us. When we move creatively, we let go of the search for the right way and open ourselves to curiosity, even when it leads us into discomfort. We make space for emotions, sensations and personal stories that deserve to be heard.
Rooted in Tamalpa’s Life/Art Process, we use movement and expressive arts as languages to explore our experiences, give them form and access dimensions of ourselves that words cannot always express.
An expressed body is a living body: one that allows us to inhabit ourselves fully.

A 120-minute yoga practice created especially for LagoAlgo and guided collectively by different teachers from Conpausa.
As part of the exhibition An Obsession with Flowers, we welcomed two leading figures from the literary world to discuss the themes that run through Marcel Proust’s In Search of Lost Time and Mario Bellatin’s Flowers in a unique way.
